Quick doughnuts with cheese – notes
Today I have for you quick spoon-dropped doughnuts with homogenized cheese. Prepare these small doughnuts in 5 minutes! Then just quick frying and you can eat them. The doughnuts are perfect for one or two bites and will especially appeal to children. Sprinkled with powdered sugar after frying, they gain sweetness and make you want to lick your fingers.

Ingredients necessary for preparing small doughnuts
I made the doughnuts with vanilla cheese and also added vanilla sugar to the dough, which gave them a nice vanilla flavor. Besides the cheese, you only need basic ingredients for these doughnuts – flour, egg, and baking powder. And of course, oil for frying. It’s good for the cheese and egg to be at room temperature. If you forget to take them out of the fridge earlier, remove the cheese from its packaging and briefly heat it in the microwave. Transfer the egg to a bowl and cover it with hot tap water – let it sit there for a few minutes.

How to make quick doughnuts with cheese – tips
To make such mini doughnuts with cheese, you don’t have to work too hard. Just mix all the ingredients together – the dough will be slightly loose and sticky. Don’t be tempted to add more flour – then the small doughnuts might be tough. The biggest difficulty with these small doughnuts with cheese is shaping them. The dough is sticky, so to make balls, you need to rub your hands with oil – then the dough won’t stick to them. Make one ball after another and immediately drop them into hot oil. If you don’t want to bother with that and don’t care about a “perfect” spherical shape, then frying will go faster :) Just scoop the dough with one teaspoon and use another teaspoon to push the dough into the hot oil. Doughnuts with homogenized cheese are very light, so if they have conditions for free floating, they will turn over by themselves during frying.
This way we have doughnuts ready in 5 minutes – well, okay, with frying it’s about 15 minutes :) Don’t forget to coat them in powdered sugar before serving – it will add extra sweetness and softness.
