How to make plum muffins
Add flour to a large bowl, then add sugar, baking powder, and salt - mix.
300 g wheat flour - all-purpose,
100 g sugar,
2 teaspoons baking powder,
1 pinch salt
Add oil, buttermilk, and eggs to the flour - mix with a spoon.
120 ml oil,
250 ml buttermilk,
2 eggs
Cut the plums in half, remove the pits, and cut the fruit into larger cubes.

Add the plums to the muffin batter and mix with a spoon.
Spoon the batter into muffin molds - to about 2/3 full.
Bake at 170 degrees Celsius (fan-assisted) for approximately 20-25 minutes - until a skewer comes out clean.
After baking, let the muffins cool.
