How to make honey panna cotta step by step

Step 1 - preparing the gelatin

• Pour the gelatin into a bowl and add some milk – add enough to cover the gelatin – mix and set aside for a few minutes.
  4 teaspoons gelatin
  

Step 2 - preparing the panna cotta

• Pour the rest of the milk into a saucepan and add the cream.
  250 ml milk, 250 ml heavy cream
  
• Briefly heat the mixture to a lukewarm temperature - up to 40℃.
• Add the swollen gelatin to the warm mixture and mix thoroughly.
  
• Once the gelatin has dissolved, add honey and mix.
  70 g honey
  
• You can also add lemon juice now - if you are using it.
  1-2 teaspoons lemon juice
• Pour the panna cotta mixture into the prepared glasses - I recommend pouring it through a fine sieve to get rid of any undissolved gelatin pieces.
  

Step 3 - chilling the panna cotta

• Place the panna cotta glasses in the refrigerator for at least two hours.
• Once the mixture sets, you can serve your honey panna cotta.
