How to make pancakes with cooked rice
Transfer the cooked rice (cooled and preferably day-old) to a bowl.
150 g cooked rice
Add flour with baking powder and sugar - mix to coat the rice and break up any "lumps".
225 g wheat flour - all-purpose,
1 teaspoon baking powder,
2 tablespoons sugar
Add the egg and milk - mix with a spoon - if the batter seems too thin, you can add more flour.
1 egg,
250 ml milk
Grease a non-stick pan with a little oil. Spoon a tablespoon of batter for each pancake and fry.
Flip the pancakes to the other side and fry for a moment.
Before spooning the next batch of pancakes, stir the batter.
Serve the pancakes with your favorite toppings.
