How to make crumb cake with plums
Wash the plums, cut them in half and remove the pits.
approx 550 g plums
Pour flour into a large bowl, add semolina, sugar, baking powder and cinnamon - mix.
150 g wheat flour - all-purpose, 180 g semolina, 150 g sugar, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Pour butter into the dry ingredients and stir with a spatula.

Prepare a baking pan - grease it with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
Pour about 1/3 of the dough into the pan and lightly press with a spoon.
Arrange about half of the plums - I arranged them quite tightly.
Sprinkle another 1/3 portion of the dough and spread it over the plums.
Arrange the second layer of fruit.
Finally, sprinkle the remaining dough over the plums, creating a crumble topping.
Bake at 180 degrees (top-bottom mode) for about an hour.
After baking, let it cool slightly - you can serve it warm - then I recommend it with ice cream :)

If you have sweet plums, in my opinion, you can reduce the amount of sugar to 100 g (half a cup).The recipe video is in Polish, but you can watch it to see the step-by-step process.
