How to make a cake with halva and fruit
In a large bowl, mix together rapeseed oil, milk, and eggs.
125 ml rapeseed oil,
2 eggs,
60 ml milk
Mix the flour with baking powder and pour into the wet ingredients.
300 g wheat flour - all-purpoos,
2 teaspoons baking powder
Add sugar and mix everything with a spatula.
150 g sugar
Cut the fruit into larger cubes - if using apples or pears, peel them and remove the core.
approx 350 g fruit
Add the fruit to the dough.
Crumble the halva and add it to the dough.
100 g halva
Mix the dough with a spoon - it will be thick.
Transfer the dough to the prepared pan.
Bake at 160 degrees (fan-assisted) for about 70 minutes - until a dry stick.
After baking, cool the cake.
