How to make green spinach waffles
If you have frozen spinach, defrost it on a sieve beforehand.
50 g spinach
Blend together water, oil, lemon juice, and spinach until the spinach is as finely chopped as possible.
200 ml water,
3 tablespoons oil,
1 tablespoon lemon juice,

Blend the egg yolks with erythritol or sugar.

2 tablespoons erythritol
Mix the flour with baking powder.
225 g wheat flour - all-purpose,
1 teaspoon baking powder
To the blended egg yolks, alternately add flour and water with spinach - blend until the ingredients are combined.
Whisk the egg whites with a pinch of salt until thick.

Add the whipped egg whites to the batter and gently mix with a spoon.
Heat the waffle maker, spoon in the batter, and cook the waffles.
After cooking, place the waffles on a wire rack - do not stack hot waffles on top of each other, as they will soften.
Serve the waffles with your favorite jam - I used Stovit Blackcurrant Jam.
