How to make sponge cake for the cake
Add sugar to the egg whites and beat on high speed until they thicken significantly - they will be white and shiny.

After baking, cool the sponge cake, then cut it into two layers.
How to make mascarpone cream with strawberries for the cake
Transfer the strawberries to a pot, add sugar and about 1/4 cup of water.

Cook the strawberries until they soften and release a lot of juice.
Cover the gelatin with cold water and set aside for a few minutes to swell.

How to make strawberry temptation cake with jelly
Place the bottom layer of the sponge cake on a flat plate and secure the baking pan ring around it.
If you like, you can lightly moisten the sponge cake (I moistened it with water, sugar, and lemon juice).
Spread the strawberry cream in an even layer.
Cover with the second cake layer (I also moistened this one on top).
Refrigerate the cake to chill and set.
Meanwhile, prepare the jelly - make it according to the package instructions and set it aside to slightly set.

Place sliced strawberries on the sponge cake and carefully pour the setting jelly over them.
