Mars Cheesecake – tips
I prepared this no-bake Mars cheesecake for Easter, but only now did I have time to write down the exact recipe for you.
As you can probably guess, it is inspired by Mars bars.
Hence, it consists of two layers of cheesecake with different flavors. Additionally, the cheesecake has a thick layer of dulce de leche and a thick layer of chocolate glaze on top.

How to make no-bake Mars cheesecake?
I made each cheesecake layer separately, but they are thick enough that you can make them one after another.
One cheesecake layer is a dulce de leche cheesecake made with dulce de leche mass. I used traditional Gostyń dulce de leche mass here – the can has a little over 500g. You can also, of course, use flavored dulce de leche masses if you don’t have plain fudge. I didn’t add the entire mass to the cheesecake mixture, only about 2/3 – for a nice and light flavor. I used the rest of the mass later to spread on top of the set Mars cheesecake.
The second layer is a no-bake chocolate cheesecake made with milk chocolate. I previously melted the chocolate in heated heavy cream and then blended it with cream cheese.
I didn’t add extra sugar to either cheesecake mixture, because I knew that the dulce de leche on top would add a lot of sweetness to the cake. However, if you have a sweeter tooth, you can add a little powdered sugar to each layer and mix it thoroughly with the cream cheese mixture.

How to prepare gelatin for no-bake cheesecake?
To make the cheesecake stable, I added gelatin to each layer.
I prepare it the same way every time.
I don’t pour boiling water over it, but cold water – I add just enough to slightly cover the gelatin and let it sit for a few minutes. During this time, the gelatin swells.
Only then do I heat it until it’s liquid – I do this in the microwave – usually heating it for less than 10 seconds. If you don’t have a microwave, place the glass with gelatin in a pot of hot water.
Gelatin should not be overheated, as it may lose its gelling properties if it gets too hot.
Also, do not add such warm gelatin directly to the mixture, as it can create lumps and make the cheesecake unappetizing.
Therefore, you must first temper it by adding 1-2 tablespoons of the mixture and mixing thoroughly. Only then do you add such gelatin to the cheesecake, or any cream, and mix thoroughly.

No-bake Mars cheesecake calories
Ahem.
So, how many calories does this no-bake Mars cheesecake have? You probably saw in the table above that 100g of such a cheesecake has about 320 kcal. It must be said that, looking at the list of ingredients, it doesn’t look bad :)
It gets a little worse when I say that with 12 servings, one slice will weigh about 200g ….
And here I draw a veil of silence and suggest cutting thin slices ;) or a long walk after eating it ;)
Despite its calorie count, this no-bake Mars cheesecake tastes so sensational and looks so divine that for a special occasion, and when you have guests with whom you can share these calories, it is absolutely worth making.
I found it absolutely delicious and I’m waiting for your comments and opinions. Write below what you think about it.

No-Bake Mars Cheesecake Recipe
The Mars cheesecake is a hugely popular dessert among those with a serious sweet tooth. Its star ingredient is soft, delicate cream cheese, beautifully combined with creamy dulce de leche (kajmak) and smooth milk chocolate. This pairing creates a unique, melt-in-your-mouth flavor. The two distinct layers of the cheesecake—one dulce de leche and one chocolate—taste absolutely incredible together and complement each other perfectly.
However, that’s not all that makes this Mars cheesecake so special. The dessert is topped with a rich chocolate ganache that perfectly balances the sweet cheese filling, right over a thick, hidden layer of dulce de leche. This glaze is thick and velvety, giving the cheesecake the ultimate texture and flavor. The finishing touch of chopped Mars bars is the literal icing on the cake, making the Mars cheesecake truly live up to its name!
