Today I have a delicious and simple baked peanut butter oatmeal. I prepared this oatmeal with peanut butter, and jam or preserve goes very well with butter, so I served it with such a fruit jelly. I got a delicious and nutritious breakfast. You must try it!

- 100 g oat flakes (- 1 cup)
- 1 egg (size L)
- 180 ml milk (- 3/4 cup)
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter (I used White Choco Peanut from Allnutrition)
- 1 tablespoon honey (or other “sweetener”)
- 2 tablespoons fruit jelly (I used Wild Berries in Jelly from Allnutrition)

How to make baked oatmeal with peanut butter
- In a bowl, mix together oat flakes, milk, egg, peanut butter, and honey.100 g oat flakes, 1 egg, 180 ml milk, 1 tablespoon peanut butter, 1 tablespoon honey
- Mix thoroughly and transfer to a heatproof baking dish.
- Bake at 180 degrees (top-bottom mode) for approximately 30-40 minutes – until golden brown.
- Before serving, top the oatmeal with Wild Berries in Jelly.2 tablespoons fruit jelly

Oatmeal with peanut butter – notes
Such baked peanut butter oatmeal is a great idea for a delicious and nutritious breakfast.
Its preparation will take you little time.
Just mix oat flakes with milk, peanut butter, and the remaining ingredients.
Transfer everything to a baking dish and bake in the oven.
Instead of traditional peanut butter, I added White Choco Peanut butter with white chocolate to my oatmeal.
You can replace regular milk with a plant-based drink.
If you want to make a vegan version, replace the egg with half a medium banana or flaxseed gel.
My butter is already quite sweet, so I only added a tablespoon of honey to my baked peanut butter oatmeal.
You can also use xylitol, erythritol, or maple syrup.
After baking, I added fruit jelly to the oatmeal, so the oatmeal itself didn’t have to be very sweet.
