Halvah mousse – notes
In September, at the beginning of the school year, I always seem to have less time for everything, including baking.
If you’re the same – you have little time, but you’d like to have some dessert at home, then make a quick halvah mousse with cherries.
This halvah dessert is not only quick and simple, but also requires few ingredients.

What ingredients will be needed to prepare the halvah dessert?
The base here is, of course, halvah – I used vanilla – and cottage cheese.
You can use any cottage cheese. However, I recommend a light, lean, and moist one here.
It can be ricotta, or lean cottage cheese for cheesecakes – e.g., President or discount store cottage cheese.
Additionally, you will need gelatin (or agar) and your favorite jam – I used cherry from Stovit.
Cherry jam perfectly complemented the delicately sweet halvah mousse.
To make the dessert, you only need to thoroughly blend the cottage cheese with halvah and dissolved gelatin.
You can sweeten the mousse to taste – I added a little erythritol (to avoid additionally increasing the calorie content).
Chill the dessert in the refrigerator and, before serving, top with jam and crumbled halvah (if you wish).
I hope you like this quick mousse!

Halvah mousse recipe
Today I invite you to a very simple, quick and delicious dessert prepared with halvah and light cottage cheese. This halvah mousse served in a glass with a touch of jam - I recommend cherry here - tastes incredibly delicious. To reduce the caloric content of the dessert, I suggest not sweetening it additionally - the sweetness of the halvah and jam is sufficient here in my opinion. However, if you like sweeter desserts, it's better to use erythritol for sweetening, which has no calories :) This way you won't add extra calories to your dessert. If you like halvah, you will also love this halvah dessert. You can use any flavor of halvah here, I chose vanilla to go well with the jam. Chocolate halvah will also be great :) You can, of course, make a dessert using both types of halvah. By the way, I also recommend my other recipes for delicious desserts.
