Yogurt panna cotta – notes
What’s best on warm summer days? Cold desserts :D
I invite you to try fit panna cotta.
My panna cotta is yogurt-based with fruit – made with Greek yogurt.
The fruit mousse was made from Stovit’s Apricot Jam with no added sugar.
The mousse owes its lightness to blending the jam with a blender :D
So who will be tempted by such a refreshing indulgence?
I also recommend blackcurrant dessert, ice cream tiramisu or yogurt with pears and muesli.
P.S. From this recipe you will get 4 very large portions, or 8 smaller ones :)
