Cooked chocolate cheesecake
Ingredients
Instructions
Add broken chocolate and mix until melted.
Add quark cheese and beat in the eggs - briefly blend everything - until the ingredients combine, then continue cooking, stirring occasionally.
In a mug, mix the chocolate puddings with milk.
Pour the pudding into the hot quark cheese mixture and cook, stirring, until the mixture thickens - more or less like pudding.
Line a 20/30 cm baking pan with foil, then arrange a layer of chocolate biscuits on the bottom.
Pour half of the quark cheese mixture (while hot) over the biscuits.
Arrange a layer of sponge fingers on top (I additionally soaked mine in coffee with amaretto, but you don't have to).
Pour the rest of the quark cheese mixture over the sponge fingers.
Arrange a layer of chocolate biscuits on top.
Set aside the cake to cool.
In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream together with butter.
Add broken chocolate and stir until melted.
Cool down the mixture, and when it thickens, pour the glaze over the cake and spread it in an even layer.
Chill the cheesecake overnight in the refrigerator.
