homemade mocha coffee

Chocolate coffee with caramel – notes

I found the recipe for this mocha brulee coffee in Eric Lanlard’s book “Chocolate” and I was supposed to make it a loooooong time ago.

But as it often happens in life, if you don’t do something right away, you’ll never do it ;)

In my case, it was similar.

I spotted the recipe, and then, in the rush of daily duties, I completely forgot about it.

And only by pure chance, it came back to me again.

I was browsing an old recipe for chocolate cake with raisins and in it, I mention this coffee.

This time, I immediately got to work, and this way, the coffee is drunk, photos are taken, and the recipe is ready for you!

And mocha brulee coffee is a delicacy for coffee lovers!

With plenty of milk, with added drinking chocolate, and with a sensational crust of caramelized cane sugar.

To make this crust like a creme brulee, you will need a special handheld torch.

You torch the sugar sprinkled on top with it, and it turns into a caramel wonder :)

Mocha coffee is not strong, so if you like it with a “kick,” make it with a double espresso.
