Coconut overnight oatmeal with strawberries – notes
Overnight coconut oatmeal is a great option for people who have little time in the morning to prepare breakfast.
I’m the type who can’t function without breakfast.
I have to eat it, no matter what time I wake up.
I usually ate breakfast right after waking up.
Now that’s changed a bit. Since we have a dog, I first go for a walk with him in the forest and only eat after returning home.
I prefer sweet breakfasts, but I try to make meals healthy.
That’s why I opt for oatmeal and homemade granola with natural yogurt and fruit.
In winter, my daughter and I enjoy warm oatmeal, but when it’s warm, I more often reach for cold oatmeal.
Then I like to make overnight oatmeal.
You can make it with milk, natural yogurt, or you can mix the two.
I have a delicious suggestion for you – coconut oatmeal.

How to make overnight coconut oatmeal with strawberries?
Mix the oats with milk. You can use any milk – cow’s, goat’s, or plant-based.
To add a coconut flavor to the oatmeal, I added a heaped tablespoon of Allnutrition’s Coco Crunch coconut cream to the oats and milk and mixed thoroughly.
The prepared oats should be refrigerated overnight.
In the morning, mix them again, add sliced strawberries, and enjoy :)
If you like coconut flavors, you can also grate some Allnutrition coconut chocolate on top of the oatmeal.
