What ingredients are needed to bake a quick peach cake?
To make this peach cake at home, you’ll only need a few basic ingredients. Below is a condensed list of the products I used and possible substitutes.
- Greek yogurt – I used full-fat Greek yogurt, you can also use light Greek yogurt, or replace it with natural skyr, or regular thick natural yogurt
- oil – I used rapeseed oil, but you can use any oil with a delicate flavor
- wheat flour – I used type 500 flour, any flour between 450-550 will be good

How many kcal does one slice of cake have?
If you divide the cake into 12 roughly similar-sized pieces, each of them will have approximately 303 kcal (carbohydrates – 39 g, protein – 5.4 g, fats – 14.3 g). If you want to reduce the cake’s calorie content, use fat-free Greek yogurt and replace sugar with erythritol. Using 0% fat yogurt and erythritol, a slice of cake would only have 217 kcal.
