Spiced bundt cake with apples
Spiced bundt cake with apples
Peel the apples and grate them on a coarse grater.
Beat the eggs with sugar until a thick and fluffy mixture is formed.
Add the flour alternately with oil and milk to the egg mixture - mix briefly.
Add the grated apples and mix with a spoon.
Grease a large bundt pan with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
Pour in the batter.
Bake at 170 degrees Celsius (fan-forced mode) for about 40-50 minutes - until a wooden skewer comes out clean.
After baking, let it cool slightly, then carefully remove the bundt cake from the pan.
Pour powdered sugar into a bowl, add cinnamon and mix.
Add 2-3 tablespoons of milk and mix - if the glaze is too thick, add a little more milk.
Glaze the bundt cake with the icing.
Instead of cinnamon and nutmeg, you can use gingerbread spice :)
