Strawberry panna cotta
Ingredients
Instructions
Wash the strawberries, remove the stems and cut them slightly.
Transfer the strawberries to a saucepan, add a little water and a tablespoon of sugar - cook until the fruit breaks down.
Set aside 4 tablespoons of strawberries, and blend the rest or mash thoroughly and pass through a sieve - cool.
Mix the milk with the heavy cream and powdered sugar, add the cooled strawberry puree - mix.
Pour a little water over the gelatin - just enough to cover it and wait for it to swell.
Briefly heat the gelatin (e.g., in the microwave) until it becomes liquid. Add some milk with cream to it and mix thoroughly.
Pour the gelatin into the milk mixture and mix thoroughly.
Place a tablespoon of the reserved sautéed strawberries at the bottom of the dessert glasses.
Pour the setting strawberry mixture over them (you can also strain it through a sieve to remove any larger pieces of gelatin).
Refrigerate the dessert glasses to chill and set.
Before serving, decorate the desserts with fresh strawberries, meringues, and freeze-dried strawberries in chocolate.
Enjoy!
