A cake is not only a delicious, but also a beautiful bake that can be decorated according to your own preferences and tastes. With the use of creams, fruits, and other additions, cakes can be enriched with additional flavors and aromas, and also given a unique look.
Preparing a homemade cake requires some time and patience, but it is an excellent opportunity to use your culinary skills and create something special for yourself and your loved ones.
How to make a perfect cake?
It seems that cakes are already a higher level of skill :)
But if you look at them more closely, it turns out that many cake recipes are not so scary at all.
The base is often sponge cake. Then some soaking – we Poles like the sponge to be moist, and then cream.
Not scary, right? It’s just that the recipe itself is long because it has a few ingredients and different stages to complete.
Once you make a cake yourself, you’ll bake them more and more often, and eventually, you’ll stop ordering them from a pastry shop. Because, by the way, those cakes from pastry shops are often, unfortunately, terrible. Instead of whipped cream, vegetable cream, plus gelatin and some strange dyes.
Such a homemade cake is often much better than one from a pastry shop :)

How to make an English-style cake?
English-style cakes look beautiful, but they actually require more skill and experience. At first, your cakes probably won’t look very beautiful, because you need to gain some practice.
But even they will become easy to make over time :)
