Sandwich Recipes for Breakfast and Beyond!

Surely, sandwiches are a staple meal for many of you. Until recently, that was also the case for me. Quick breakfast sandwiches, a sandwich for a mid-morning snack at work, and in the evening—a sandwich :) Sound familiar? Probably. For some time now, I’ve been trying to reduce the amount of bread I eat and diversify my diet. Now, for breakfast, I prefer to have granola or pancakes. But of course, a good sandwich speaks for itself, and I still reach for one when I’m hungry. I try to make my sandwiches with homemade bread, because it tastes much better than store-bought. My sandwiches usually have lots of vegetables too—lettuce, tomatoes, zucchini, radishes, and avocado. What kind of sandwiches do you like? Do you bake your own bread for your sandwiches? I encourage you to try making your own healthy sandwiches!
