Vegan recipes in a daily diet

Vegan cuisine is gaining increasing popularity due to its positive impact on health and the environment.

Consuming more plant-based ingredients in the diet is associated with a lower risk of heart disease, diabetes, obesity, and many other diseases. Furthermore, vegan cuisine has a smaller environmental impact, as the production of meat and other animal products is more resource-intensive and polluting.

Vegan recipes can be very diverse and encompass many world cuisines, such as Asian, Mediterranean, or Mexican cuisine. Vegan dishes can be just as tasty and satisfying as traditional meat dishes, and sometimes even more so, thanks to the richness of flavors, aromas, and textures of plant-based ingredients.

Veganism is a more restrictive variant of vegetarianism.

In this diet, and in fact in this lifestyle, meat and all animal products are rejected. This also means the elimination of animal milk and eggs. Vegans also do not eat fish or seafood.

This diet focuses on plant-based ingredients – fruits and vegetables, nuts, grains, mushrooms, and oil plants.

Dairy products can be replaced with plant-based products – plant milk, plant-based yogurt, tofu.

You can make plant milk at home – e.g., coconut milk or almond milk and use it instead of cow’s milk.

Among the recipes on the blog, there are some that can be consumed by vegans.

You can make a salad, bean lard, or young cabbage with tomatoes.

For sweets, I recommend vegan muffins or chocolate cake.
