Oat cookies with apples – notes
Today I have for you a recipe for quick oat cookies with apples. Quick, because preparation will take you no more than 10-15 minutes! Thanks to the apples, the cookies are nicely moist and taste wonderful. You can serve them for dessert, pack them for your children’s school, or take them to work as a snack during the day. I highly recommend them!

How to make oat flake cookies – tips
Start by preparing the apples. First, peel them, cut them into quarters, and remove the core. Then, cut the apples into small cubes and transfer them to a large bowl. Next, add the remaining ingredients to the apples and simply mix with a spoon. When scooping, the mixture is quite loose, but during baking, the flakes stick together and the cookies hold their shape. For my oat cookies, I only added apples and a little cinnamon for flavor (I believe apples are best with cinnamon). I have provided the calorie count for these specific oat cookies.
If you like, you can, of course, add some chopped nuts or a handful of raisins to the cookies. Then the calorie count of the cookies will change a bit. I hope you will enjoy these oat cookies with apples and bake them often.
By the way, I also recommend my recipe for baked oatmeal, perfect for breakfast, or to take to school or work.
