bananas

Bananas – recipes with bananas for everyone!
Bananas are one of the most popular fruits.
They are mainly grown in Africa, as well as in Asia and Australia.
Bananas contain many minerals – magnesium, phosphorus, and calcium. However, they have the most potassium – in 100g, there is as much as 358 mg – much more than in tomatoes! Therefore, people struggling with hypertension should reach for them.
Besides minerals, you will find numerous vitamins in them – A, C, E, K, and those from group B.
Therefore, it is good to eat bananas, not only for their taste but also for their health benefits!
One medium banana (weighing about 100g) has approximately 90 calories. Therefore, people on a diet should be careful about eating them in large quantities ;)
I recommend adding one banana to a sweet breakfast – it tastes perfect in combination with oatmeal, or with granola and natural yogurt.
Athletes should also not forget about bananas in their diet!
Due to their nutritional value, they will be great as a snack before or after training!
