Pasta
Pasta – Recipes for Everyone!
Pasta is a popular ingredient used in many cuisines around the world.
It is made from wheat flour and water, and sometimes includes eggs.
Pasta can be cooked in many ways, depending on taste preferences and cultural traditions.
It is most often cooked **al dente**, meaning it is soft but still has a slight bite.
Pasta is usually served with various sauces, such as tomato, meat, vegetable, or cheese-based sauces.
It can also be added to soups, salads, or other dishes.
Pasta is a good source of carbohydrates and fiber, and also contains some protein, vitamins, and minerals.
However, due to its high carbohydrate content, it should be consumed in moderation by those who want to manage their diet for health or weight control.
In my kitchen, pasta plays a big role because it’s easy to prepare and offers great flavor variety.
During busy weekdays, when I have less time for cooking, pasta with sauce is often our go-to lunch.
