I don’t know if you know, but chicken eggs are a fairly strong allergen – they can cause particularly strong reactions when expanding the diet of children.
You can be allergic or intolerant to the whole egg, or just the white or yolk.
Unfortunately, excluding scrambled eggs, omelets, pancakes or flatbreads from the diet is not everything.
Eggs are added to many ready-made products – not just cakes.
Powdered eggs and protein are used in the food industry. They are added to sauces, salads, pates. So you have to read the labels carefully.
Eggless cake recipes
In baking, we can replace eggs with other products. Instead of an egg, we can use a banana or applesauce, brewed flaxseed, peanut butter, or avocado. Flour mixed with water can also replace an egg in sweet baked goods.

People who are allergic to eggs do not even have to deny themselves eating meringue – it can be made from aquafaba, which is chickpea water.
