Caramel liqueur with salt – notes
Do you know this salted caramel liqueur? I really like it because I love salted caramel. I decided to make my own homemade version of this liqueur and I must admit, it turned out great :)

How to make caramel liqueur at home – tips
Well, it’s very simple! Besides salt, you will only need three ingredients. A can of dulce de leche (kajmak mass) – I used one from Gostyń weighing 510 g. Half a liter of any vodka (excluding flavored ones). And heavy cream – I used liquid 30%. The dulce de leche should be heated in a saucepan together with the cream, so that it becomes more liquid. When the mixture cools down, then mix it with vodka and add salt. That’s it, period.
In principle, you can drink the liqueur right away. However, I recommend letting it sit overnight for the flavors to meld.
P.S. If you have a good stand blender, you don’t need to heat the dulce de leche with the cream – you can immediately transfer the fudge mass to the blender, add the heavy cream, and blend. Then add vodka and salt and blend briefly together. Pour the liqueur into a bottle and you can immediately put it in the fridge.
The salted caramel vodka itself is not very strong – it probably has about 15% alcohol and you don’t need to store it in the fridge if it’s well sealed.

Salted caramel liqueur recipe
I invite you to try a delicious, simple, and quick homemade salted caramel flavored liqueur. To prepare this homemade liqueur, you only need 4 ingredients - canned dulce de leche (kajmak mass), vodka, heavy cream, and salt. You can prepare the liqueur in two ways. The first involves heating the dulce de leche with the cream so that the dulce de leche becomes more liquid. Then you add vodka and salt to it. The second method is much faster but requires a blender - you blend the dulce de leche with the cream into a smooth mass, and then add the vodka.
