apples
Apples – apple recipes for everyone!
I love apples and eat them every day!
By the way, I don’t know if you know this English proverb – an apple a day keeps the doctor away (it sounds better in English ;)).
Thanks to their fiber content, apples regulate bowel function, protecting against constipation and other intestinal diseases, and also reduce cholesterol absorption, thereby effectively preventing atherosclerosis and protecting against heart attack.
It’s best to eat raw apples without peeling the skin, as a significant portion of fiber and vitamin C accumulates directly beneath it.
I encourage you to eat at least one apple a day, and you can sneak larger quantities into cakes :)
After all, a delicious, warm apple pie made from Polish apples is second to none!
You can also add apples to creamed cakes and yeast cakes, as well as to apple fritters!
