Chicken Recipes

I have to admit, chicken meat appears on our table most often.

Although when I read about how these birds are raised and what is done with their meat afterwards, it makes my hair stand on end.

However, my children don’t really like dark meat. They prefer the breasts, and that’s it.

Well, they might make an exception for ground meat served with pasta or in lasagna.

That’s why I’m always figuring out how to prepare chicken so it’s not monotonous but still delicious.

On top of that, it’s best if cooking is quick – nowadays we’re always short on time.

Roasted, Fried, and Boiled Chicken

I pound, bread, dip in batter, fry, stew, and bake.

In a traditional style (everyone knows chicken schnitzel, right? :D), Italian, or Chinese. And for some time now, I’ve also been inspired by Indian cuisine – we’ve fallen in love with aromatic curries.

I bake the chicken whole or in parts.

Recently, I’ve been testing a spice mix for chicken a’la KFC – my son devours it ;)
