Its consistency makes it easy to use and adds a sweet, chocolatey flavor to dishes.

The nutritional values of Nutella depend on the amount consumed, but generally, this product contains large amounts of sugar, fat, and calories. 100 grams of Nutella contains approximately 539 calories, 31 grams of fat, 56 grams of carbohydrates, 6.3 grams of protein, and 1.4 grams of fiber.

Despite its high fat and sugar content, Nutella also provides some nutritional value. Hazelnuts, which are the main ingredient in Nutella, are rich in protein, monounsaturated fats, vitamins E and B, as well as minerals such as magnesium, copper, and zinc. Cocoa, which is the second important ingredient in Nutella, is a source of antioxidants, such as flavonoids, which can help protect the body from oxidative stress.

Unfortunately, Nutella also contains palm oil, which is considered unhealthy. The oil, combined with the large amount of sugar added to the cream, means that this product does not fall into the healthiest category.

Its great popularity is due to its good taste and consistency.

Due to its high caloric content and unhealthy ingredients, I try to limit its use to the necessary minimum.
