Peaches – recipes with peaches for everyone!
Peaches are delicious fruits that we especially like to eat in the summer – then they even grow in Poland.
These fruits contain a lot of water, so they have few calories (100 g has about 40 calories). They have a diuretic effect and support the work of the kidneys.
Peaches contain large amounts of fiber, which speeds up intestinal peristalsis and helps fight constipation.
Ripe and sweet peaches are the perfect fruit for all baked goods.
They will be great in all pound cakes, cupcakes, or tarts.
I love them added to a cheesecake!
Of course, in season it is good to eat them raw – on their own, or as an addition to morning granola, pancakes, or crepes.
