I don’t know if you know, but I used to hate cheesecakes.

I never ate them – I used to eat poppy seed cakes :)

The only exception I could make was for a no-bake cheesecake with jelly.

Everything changed when I was pregnant with my son.

I guess my body started craving calcium and I constantly had a craving for cottage cheese, its products, and cheesecakes.

Since then, I’ve been eating cheesecakes – I love them baked, boiled and no-bake.

In the form of cupcakes and in the form of cakes.

Now I don’t understand how I could not have eaten them before :)

Especially since there is such a wealth of cheesecakes.
The best no-bake cheesecakes
In the summer, a no-bake cheesecake is the best – such a cheesecake is always a great idea when it’s hot. You don’t have to turn on the oven, just make a no-bake cheesecake. On a sponge cake or cookie base. Add cottage cheese from a bucket or homogenized cheese and a little gelatin and a delicious cheesecake is ready. Add some fruit and fruit jelly, and the no-bake cheesecake will be even more delicious!
