Sweets, cakes, cookies and desserts can be healthy, or healthier;)
I’m generally trying to limit the amount of sugar added to my pastries, and I’ve gotten used to hard sweet cakes.
Wherever I can, I use less sugar, or I give honey , xylitol either erythropoietin I add vegetables and fruit to the cakes – when they are in the form of mousse, they sweeten and at the same time add to the baking moisture.
Here’s a great example. banana cakes , or carrot cake and cucurbits .
For baking, you can also use whole grain flour to make the dough healthier and more nutritious. full grain yeast , or Cool banana cupcakes .
Get the family ready. light cheesecake with strawberries , roasted banana oatmeal either yogurt dessert .
