  • 3 eggs (size L)
  • 200 g sugar (1 cup)
  • 180 ml oil
  • 420 g wheat flour – all-purpose (2 ¾ cups)

How to make pineapple cake step by step

    Step 1 – preparations

    • Preheat the oven to 170℃ (fan-assisted) or 180℃ (top-bottom heat mode).
    • Grease the baking pan with butter and dust with flour or breadcrumbs.

      420 g wheat flour – all-purpose, 2 teaspoons baking powder

    Step 2 – preparing the batter

    • Place the drained pineapple pieces in a large bowl (or blender jug), add eggs and blend together until smooth.

    • Add oil and sugar to the pineapple mixture and stir – you can do this with a spoon.
