Although halva is high in fat, it mainly contains monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fatty acids, which contribute to its health benefits. It can be enjoyed occasionally and in moderation, particularly due to its calorie content.

Personally, I love halva, and I’ve passed that love on to my daughter—she could eat it all the time!
