- 250 g mascarpone cheese (cold)
- 200 ml heavy cream (well chilled)
- 100 g Biscoff spread (chilled)

- approx. 2-3 Lotus cookies
- approx. 30 g Biscoff spread

How to make Biscoff Lotus dessert step by step
Step 1 – preparations
- Thoroughly blend or crush the Lotus biscuits into a fine powder – I blend them with a food processor.6 pieces Lotus cookies
- Add about 1 heaped teaspoon of crushed biscuits to each glass.
Step 2 – prepare the Biscoff cream
- Transfer the mascarpone cheese and Biscoff spread to a large bowl, then pour in the heavy cream.250 g mascarpone cheese, 200 ml heavy cream, 100 g Biscoff spread
- Blend the ingredients on high speed with a mixer – I blend for a few minutes.
- Blend until you get a thick cream.
- Spoon the cream into the prepared glasses – I recommend transferring it to a piping bag and then squeezing it into the glasses.
Step 3 – decorate the dessert
- Roughly crush the extra Lotus biscuits.approx. 2-3 Lotus cookies
- Briefly heat the Biscoff spread (e.g., in the microwave) so that it becomes more liquid.approx. 30 g Biscoff spread
- Pour cream over the top of the desserts and sprinkle with crushed cookies.

Biscoff Lotus dessert – notes
I’ve recently been in a phase for desserts and baked goods with Biscoff cream ;) Earlier on the blog, there was already, for example, a recipe for a delicious pumpkin cake with Biscoff cream – if you haven’t prepared it yet, you absolutely must catch up. Now I’ve prepared for us such a simple and super quick dessert with Biscoff cream and crushed Lotus biscuits. The dessert turned out delicious! Moreover, it looks great and can be a decoration for any dessert table. You must try it!

What ingredients are necessary to prepare a Biscoff cream dessert?
To prepare this dessert, you only need 4 ingredients! Below I provide tips for these ingredients, or possible substitutes.
- Biscoff spread – this is a spread made from Lotus biscuits; unfortunately, it is not regularly available in Polish stores (at least as of today). It can be found in Dealz stores, or sometimes in Carrefour or Kaufland. During the Christmas season, Lidl stores offer their version of biscuit spread. I bought my spreads on Allegro – there are many offers there.
- Lotus biscuits – these biscuits are easier to find, as they are regularly sold in Biedronka, but you can also buy them in other stores – like Dealz, or larger supermarkets.
- mascarpone – you can easily buy this Italian cheese in Biedronka, Lidl, and any larger supermarket.
- whipping cream – for me, it’s liquid cream from a carton with 30% fat content; you can also use 36% cream – but then the calorie content of the dessert will increase.

How to store Biscoff dessert?
If the dessert is not served immediately, put it in the refrigerator. Store it there. The dessert can then sit out for about 2 hours, but this time depends on the room temperature. If it’s hot, it should sit out for a shorter period.

Can other flavor versions of this dessert be made in glasses?
Yes. For example, you can make a Biscoff dessert with sponge fingers instead of Lotus biscuits – then crush the sponge fingers at the bottom of the glass, and arrange larger pieces of biscuits on top. If you really want to make such a dessert but can’t find Biscoff spread anywhere, make a chocolate version and add Nutella or another chocolate-nut spread to the cream.
