Greek yogurt is made from special low-fat milk. Benefits of Greek yogurt include a high content of live bacterial cultures and a large amount of protein, especially compared to other dairy products like regular yogurt or kefir. I eat Greek yogurt almost every day with homemade granola and fresh fruit.
You can also make delicious dressings for salads with Greek yogurt, reducing the amount of mayonnaise.
