No-Bake Cheesecake with White Michałki – notes
In search of an idea for a holiday cheesecake, I prepared this delicious no-bake cheesecake with Michałki candies, white chocolate, and peanuts. If your cheesecakes don’t turn out well and sink or crack after baking, then a no-bake cheesecake will be a great solution. Buy a few essential ingredients and prepare such an extraordinary cheesecake, and you will surely delight everyone with it! And if you like such unusual cheesecakes, be sure to also try the recipe for no-bake Mars cheesecake :)

Ingredients needed to prepare Michałki cheesecake
To prepare this cheesecake, you will need a few basic ingredients. Below is a list of these essential ingredients and possible substitutes.
- quark cheese – there’s no cheesecake without quark, I recommend using good quality quark here – preferably full-fat or semi-fat. The one from a tub will be good because it’s already ground – but make sure it’s not thin and watery. If you can’t find good quark anywhere – I recommend Piątnica or Mój Ulubiony from Wieluń, then use what you have, but add about 1 teaspoon more gelatin.
- whipping cream – for me, it’s 30% liquid cream, you can replace it with 36% cream, but this will slightly increase the calorie content of the cheesecake (and it’s already quite high ;))
- white chocolate – I recommend the one from Lidl, pay attention to the package weight, because manufacturers – especially Wedel – make white chocolate in weights of 90, or even 80 g
- Michałki candies – if you don’t like white Michałki, or can’t get them, you can use a different flavor version of these candies :)

How to heat gelatin if you don’t have a microwave?
If you don’t have a microwave, it’s best to heat the swollen gelatin in water. You can place a bowl with gelatin in hot water and stir occasionally until it dissolves. You can also heat it over steam – pour water into the bottom of a small pot and bring it to a boil, place the gelatin on top of the pot and continue boiling the water to heat the gelatin over steam.

How many calories does Michałek cheesecake have?
In the table below the recipe, I provided the calorie content for 100 g of cheesecake using exactly the products and ingredient amounts I specified (including decoration). If you divide the cheesecake into 12 roughly equal portions, each slice will have approximately 552 kcal (carbohydrates – 31 g, fats – 41 g, protein – 15 g). If you divide the cheesecake into 15 portions, each will have approximately 442 kcal.

How to lighten up Michałki cheesecake?
If you’re really keen on a slightly lower calorie count, you can skip adding peanuts to the cheesecake. In total, I used 100 g here, which is about 550 kcal. It won’t be an astronomical change, but it’s something :) You can also skip the white chocolate topping, but the cheesecake will then look a bit plain. I think that occasionally, and for special occasions, you can enjoy a more caloric cake. And you can always cut a thinner slice to savor the taste without overdoing the calories ;)
I hope that despite its high calorie content, the white Michałki cheesecake will also grace your table. I would be delighted if you share your comments and observations in the comment section below the recipe.
