We now have access to countless ingredients used in other culinary traditions and can create amazing dishes right in our own kitchens.

When I was a child, I had never even heard of pizza — and now pizzerias are on every corner, and everyone knows how to make pizza at home! At our house, we love pizza and make it often. We always use my pizza dough recipe and pizza sauce recipe. Italian cuisine has settled comfortably in our country and gained many fans.

But Italian cuisine isn’t the only one we draw inspiration from. We also really enjoy Indian cuisine, Thai, and Chinese dishes. In my sweet baking, I frequently rely on recipes from American and British cuisine.
