Recipes for the best fruit ice cream
Everyone loves fruit ice cream, especially children. Who could refuse a scoop of strawberry ice cream? Certainly not me. That’s why there are even several recipes for strawberry ice cream with various additions on the blog. Be sure to check them all out, because here I’ll only share one of these recipes (unfortunately, to fit into 15 homemade ice cream recipes, I have to limit myself a bit).
White chocolate and raspberry ice cream
White chocolate and raspberry ice cream is a delicious combination of sweet white chocolate and slightly tart raspberries. They are simple to make and look wonderful with streaks of raspberry sauce. You can make the ice cream in an ice cream maker or without one.

Creamy fruit ice cream
I recently reminded everyone on Facebook about the recipe for these creamy fruit ice creams and I must admit, you went crazy for them. This confirms that it’s worth bringing back older recipes, because they have power! The ice cream itself is made with sweetened condensed milk and prepared without an ice cream maker or stirring in the freezer!

Strawberry ice cream with mascarpone
The recipe for strawberry ice cream with mascarpone dates back to 2015. Here, juicy strawberries are blended with creamy mascarpone cheese and heavy cream. This results in delicious and wonderfully velvety strawberry ice cream. This is probably the best strawberry ice cream I’ve ever eaten. You must try it. Also, check out my other recipes for strawberry ice cream.

Blueberry-banana ice cream
Blueberry-banana ice cream is marbled ice cream made from lightly mixed blueberry and banana ice cream. Children will especially love it, but adults will certainly not refuse a serving of such ice cream.

Homemade Cactus ice cream
Cactus ice cream is loved by almost all children, and I don’t know if you know that you can make similar ones yourself at home! Such homemade Cactus ice cream will be super fruity and better than store-bought ones. You must try it!

Banana ice cream with mango
This is my last suggestion for fruit ice cream, but there are many more on the blog. Be sure to check them out. You can make banana ice cream with mango as I did, on a stick (you’ll need ice cream molds then), or in a large mold for scooping.

Recipes for ice cream with unusual flavors
Besides fruit, chocolate, and nut ice creams, you can increasingly find ice creams with various and sometimes surprising flavors. Even more savory flavors are no longer a rarity – such as tomato ice cream or olive ice cream. I haven’t done such experiments yet, but the blog has recipes for ice creams that you usually won’t find in Polish ice cream parlors. Be sure to try them too.
Avocado ice cream
Avocado ice cream as the name suggests, is made from avocado and is sensational! Its flavor is enhanced with a touch of lime juice and chocolate chips. Most people testing it probably wouldn’t even guess what the secret ingredient is.

Cheesecake-Snickers ice cream
Cheesecake ice cream with Snickers is a real flavor bomb. Nicely cheesecake-like, with caramel and peanuts, they taste exceptionally good – although you have to account for an increased calorie count ;)

Beer ice cream
Beer ice cream is made – of course – with beer, specifically with Fortuna dark beer. This beer has a milder taste than regular beer, and its dark color gives the ice cream a beautiful hue. The ice cream is incredibly delicious, so you absolutely must try it.

Rocky Road ice cream
Rocky Road ice cream, or bumpy ice cream, is very popular in the United States. And they are “bumpy” because a generous amount of marshmallows, chopped nuts, and chopped chocolate are added to the intensely chocolatey ice cream. You could say it’s a “rich” ice cream.

Cinnamon ice cream
Cinnamon ice cream is not common here; in fact, I’m not sure if I’ve ever seen it in Poland. I personally really like them. They have a distinct flavor and a nice color. Cinnamon lovers will definitely enjoy them.

Dairy-free ice cream recipes
Dairy-free ice cream will be ideal for everyone, and especially for vegans and people who eliminate dairy from their diet, for example, due to lactose intolerance. The dairy-free ice cream group, of course, includes all sorbets (there are several great fruit sorbet recipes on the blog). You can replace dairy in ice cream with plant-based alternatives. Therefore, thick coconut milk works particularly well here, and in other cases, plant milk.
Vegan coconut ice cream recipe
These vegan coconut ice creams are made with coconut milk and also have vanilla to give them a slightly vanilla flavor.

Strawberry-coconut ice cream
Strawberry-coconut ice cream is also made without dairy, and its creaminess comes from the coconut milk used. A large amount of sweet strawberries gives them a unique fruity taste and beautiful color.

Blackcurrant sorbet
Blackcurrant sorbet is one of the most delicious sorbets on my blog. This blackcurrant sorbet is exceptionally refreshing, nicely sweet, and at the same time slightly tart. You must try it!

Raspberry sorbet
Raspberry sorbet is a classic of its kind. Intensely fruity, sweet-and-sour, and with an amazing red color. In the summer season, such a raspberry sorbet is a must-have!

That’s the end!
